How does training with us
looks like?
Our trainings is probably way different than you have already experienced, or you can imagine. Except learning & improving background of driving and racing techniques, in priority, we are focusing to improve driver’s ability of prediction what can happen in couple of seconds, understanding advanced occurences most simply, and to increase natural sense of speed, as much well as it’s possible.
What sets us apart
from others?
We don’t accept neither lack of communication, nor the situation of misunderstanding, especially on such precise & risky discipline.
For our trainings, we are using Stilo intercoms for best quality of on-track coaching. Our apprentices don’t need to have Stilo helmet or accessories, because we are providing the same set, which is valid in terms of FIA „L” appendix for professional racing.
Our job is not ending only on track. During breaks between sessions, we can analyze each detail of session, to focus on improvement for next sessions, or practices.
In the field of searching for smallest details, maths will be always the answer. We are using advanced data logging systems, such as Ecumaster & AIM, to find the last parts of seconds on every track, or to optimize driver’s pace.
We are also able to work with Circuit’s Tools (DBOX), MoTeC i2 and Cosworth PI Toolbox.
Our trainings focus mostly on proper technique and improvement of creativity during racing, instead of doing raw laptimes. Depending on driver’s demand, we can arrange trainings focused mostly on endurance racing, rain & night racing, sprint & qualifying, understading the car & vehicle dynamics, hotlaps & time attacks and many more.
With us, you can just focus on driving. Even if you want to drive with your own car, we will assist you in the field of registration for events, and with every process during test without hidden costs.

In this area, we cooperate with „Lempart Racing” motorsports school. This is the brand founded by Damian Lempart, who is active racing driver, and also coach since 2016. At this moment, D. Lempart works not only with his apprentices in full-time period, but also cooperates with few biggest companies around Nurburg.

Types of available training
Every training with us, for every person is estabilished in individual way. Except topic of the training, which can be for example – wheel-to-wheel racing, setup adjustment, focusing on chosen section or technique, etc., everything depends on every driver. Just like every patient has to be treated individually by his or her doctor, or physiotherapist, we take care of our drivers in way how they want and how we see, depending on each case.
This type of training is focused only on optimizing whole track by finding perfect reference & braking points, understaning the shape of track and it’s specific, depending on type of racing which our drivers will do.
This type of training focuses mostly on to keep the best possible behavior driving during the race, among other drivers in the same and different classes of cars, which may be quicker or faster. In that field, we’re not focusing only to improve how to do a quick proper laptime, but also how to behave in potential situations, which may happen.
This type of training focuses mostly on maximization of hotlapping skills in shortest possible amount of time, and how to manage with car & tires during qualification.
Online variant is a addition of coaching for our drivers, to practice or learn potential cases and to excersise them without potential consequences of crash, damage and even health problems. This can be done via simracing sessions (explained below), and also video meetings, which may include onboard analysis, or data logging analysis.
This type of training can include everything mentioned on this subpage, but it will be done on simracing.
In case of online simracing sessions, you need to have your own steering wheel/full simracing rig, or go one of simracing saloons, which allow you to connect online on our practice server.
Mostly we use Assetto Corsa or iRacing for practice.
This type of coaching focuses on understanding vehicle dynamics, mechanics in practical way. There, a driver can learn how to manage with car’s setup and it’s preparation before arriving on paddock, already on track and later how to deal with setup, depending on forecast of conditions for next sessions or race week.
This type of training, focuses on preparation for course & exam, which is a part of application for national license „Nx”, ITx-C license (where „x” is a grade of license), or DSMB Permit Nordschleife on each grade.
We’d recommend to apply on start for as high-grade license, as it’s possible, depending on regulations of your ASN, where it can be different in every country.
Coaching can be done
- Individually for single person in „1-on-1” format
- For pair of two persons in „2-on-1” format
- For whole groups (private or corporate)
Except everything mentioned above, we can also arrange coaching event day for companies.
On which tracks can we do a traning?
It’s fully up to you! As we mostly operate on few tracks, on which we have close distance, know-how, or from other reasons, it depends on your need.

Or maybe do you need race car?
Independently from that how much we would like to attempt on race track, as a driver it’s impossible to do it without race car.
With us, you can forget about not only taking a race car, but also about it’s service and exploitation.
